I review product ecosystems in public. I'll review yours in private.

Same walkthrough, no audience. Product, search, help center, community, self-service, AI, escalation. You get the recording and the list of what to fix first.

Gmail lets you set Undo Send to delay sending by up to 30 seconds.

Why it matters

  • Gives you a longer window to catch mistakes before an email goes out.

  • Useful if you often spot typos, missing attachments, or wrong recipients a few seconds too late.

How to find it

  1. Open Gmail

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Open See all settings

  4. Under General, find Undo Send

  5. Choose a send cancellation period of 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds
