Hi friends,

Greetings from the hive!

I hope everyone is doing well. Here are some of my recent thoughts:

  • Thumb injury update: saw an Orthopaedic doctor - they are mildly optimistic. Have to continue wearing brace and apply topical 4x a day for 6 weeks 😅

  • I’m trying out Grokbot, mostly for the X search connection and to see how proactive bots feel in practice.

  • The workflow I want to steal: project tasks should be automatically carried as far as they can by a bot, unless specified otherwise.

  • 80% of people that unsubscribe say it’s a volume or time issue, not a quality issue. Perhaps I should adopt the Simon Willison approach and invert my process. Brief / succinct by default and long for paid members. Let me know what you think!

  • Voice-to-text and AI have continued to be a godsend with my injury. I can’t even imagine how I would’ve functioned if this happened before all this.

Let's take them by swarm!
